A dream we're building · Western Hainaut, Belgium
Building
BINDY Cable Park
in Western Belgium.
A place where you ride in the morning, work facing the water in the afternoon, sleep in a floating cabin. A complete resort on the French-Belgian border, operated by the BINDY brand. The first of its kind in Western Wallonia. We're building it brick by brick. We're looking for the place, the partners and soon the backers who will make it real.

The vision
A dream with a plan.
When a Belgian rider wants to book a session, they drive. For hours. Western Hainaut, that strip of land between Tournai, Ath, Leuze and the French border, has no cable park. Not one. Beginners give up before they try. Advanced riders go elsewhere.
We want to end that. Create the place we wish we'd had when we started. Not just a cable tossed by a water body, but a real resort that lives year-round, where you ride, sleep, work, eat, and meet your friends.
This place will be called BINDY Cable Park. An extension of the BINDY brand, of its riders, of its community already in place. It will open. All that's left to find is the land, the time, and the people who believe.
The concept
Eight pillars. One experience.
A cable alone barely survives the summer. A complete resort lives twelve months a year, across every audience.
Full-size cable
Five pylons, continuous loop. For intermediate and advanced riders. Hourly sessions, day passes, camps.
Beginner system
Bi-tower cable for one-on-one learning. Leave your first session already standing on the board.
Aquapark
Floating attractions for families and kids. The pillar that brings everyone in, not just riders.
Floating cabins
Sleep on the water. Wake up facing the cable. Turn a session into a real stay.
Bar restaurant
South-facing terrace over the water. Simple food, local produce, wines from nearby vineyards. Eat well before, during, after.
Coworking
Ship your deadline in the morning, ride in the afternoon. The only cable park designed for people who work on a laptop.
BINDY shop
On-site store: gear rental, wetsuits, hoodies, caps. The BINDY brand at home.
Events
Competitions, teambuildings, stag and hen parties, teen camps, privatisations. A site that lives seven days a week.
Two cables, two audiences
One to ride, one to learn.

The market
A white zone surrounded by one and a half million people.
The Tournai, Ath, Leuze, Péruwelz corridor has zero cable park. Local riders drive across Belgium to reach one. Beginners give up. On the French side, Valenciennes, Saint-Amand-les-Eaux and the Lille metropolitan area are under 45 minutes away. The market is there. The offer doesn't exist yet.

Our difference
Not another cable park. A different project.
Six structural choices that mean, at opening, no one will say "same thing again".
01
A brand already alive.
BINDY has existed for years, carried by a community of riders, a shop, a media platform. The cable park isn't a bet on a brand to create. It's the physical extension of a brand that already has its audience.
02
Coworking by the water.
No Belgian cable park offers a real workspace. We do. Week, remote work, freelancers, creatives. A weekday audience, off-season, that fills the bar and the lodging while riders are at the office.
03
Twelve months a year.
A cable alone depends on season and sun. A resort with lodging, restaurant, coworking and events runs year-round. The business model becomes robust instead of hanging on the weather.
04
A zone with no competition.
Western Hainaut is a white zone on the Belgian cable park map. Competitors are all more than an hour away. We're not entering a saturated market, we're opening a market that has nothing.
05
Eco by construction.
Solar panels to cover the cable's consumption. Electric safety boat. Industrial site reconversion instead of new artificialisation. The most sober operating mode in the sector.
06
Franco-Belgian by design.
The only cable park that assumes itself as a destination for both sides of the border. Communication, pricing, events, ambassadors: designed from the start for the Lille metropolitan area as much as for Tournai.
Business model
Nine revenue streams. One infrastructure.
Each brick of the resort generates its own income. The cable doesn't carry the project alone.
